1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using A2Z Cut ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Platform
  • One person may register as either a Customer or a Salon Owner
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. For Customers

  • Bookings are confirmed instantly upon slot selection and are subject to salon availability
  • You should arrive at the salon on time for your booked slot
  • You may cancel a booking before the appointment time; completed bookings cannot be cancelled
  • Payment for services is made directly at the salon; A2Z Cut does not process payments
  • Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences
  • Abusive, fraudulent, or fake bookings may result in account suspension

4. For Salon Owners

  • You must provide accurate information about your salon, services, and pricing
  • Working hours and service availability must be kept up to date
  • You are responsible for honoring all confirmed bookings
  • Service quality must match the descriptions provided on the Platform
  • Salon photos must be genuine and not misleading
  • You agree to handle customer data shared through the Platform responsibly

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed in real-time based on available slots
  • Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Customers may cancel bookings that have not been marked as completed
  • Salon owners may update booking status (confirmed, completed, cancelled)
  • Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions on your account

6. Reviews & Feedback

  • Reviews must be based on genuine salon visits
  • Offensive, abusive, or defamatory content is not permitted
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms
  • Review photos must be relevant and appropriate

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of A2Z Cut or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

A2Z Cut acts as a platform connecting customers with salon owners. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons, disputes between customers and salon owners, or any damages arising from the use of our Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm other users or the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
